Mold growth can occur in as little as 48 hours after water intrusion. You can take care of some mold issues – outside on the concrete or patio. But when mold is appearing on the walls, doors or windows there are usually larger problems that cannot be seen. Water is leaking into those areas and probably has been for a long time. Not only does the leak have to be eliminated, but the entire area must be inspected to find any traces of mold. We have equipment that will make a small hole in your wall allowing us to look inside without creating a lot of damage. If the mold is in the walls, we have the trained crew members to perform any demolition, removal and repairs necessary. We also have the necessary equipment to keep the mold and airborne mold spores contained to that area so they do not spread throught your home or building.

Why do we use an outside company for all testing?
We do not find it to be a good business practice to inspect and certify our our work after we perform the clean up and repair. By us using an outside testing company, you get the piece of mind knowing the job has been completed correctly and safe for your family, tenants or employees to use the area again.
